We ask why did she change her mind to wich she replied who will clean the room? My husband asked how do you tell someone something and then in minutes change your mind? She proceed to answer " just did while rolling her eye and then look right at us and said My Bad! Oh man coming from within the bissness knowing how important Customer Service is,this was just so uncomfortable! they have cameras maybe her boss should watch some footage. Once she knew we would be getting a different room she refused to give us the room so that we could make it to our dinner. The hotel’s 24-7 shuttle to and from JFK Airport every half an hour is absolutely great, and the it’s a short drive. After traveling 3 hours for our business trip,my husband and I arrived, our reservation said king size bed but they wanted to give us two standard size bed, after calling our sales rep to get the problem resolved the Manager or Supervisor had told us we could use a room to get dress in not thinking we would get the problem resolved.
